I gained 25 pounds over the winter, add that to my 25 pounds of extra weight... I just needed to get in!

My daughter loves a walk every night too so that is a good easy way to wind down for the night!

OK So I have basically gained back 3 of the 5 pounds I lost! I have not really been going to the gym, but I have been walking everyday and doing bodyweight strength training at home, but I am craving sweets BIG TIME!!!! Problem is if I have ONE I...
You should not have to cook two meals. It is ok for kids to eat lean also. It teaches them at an early age how to eat right. It is ok not to give them junk food at every meal.

As a fellow Canadian & BCer I just wanted to drop by and wish you success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program. My wife went from size 12/14 to 4/6 & I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% in just 12-weeks. Believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be.
