How I Started:
I have had enough of being a "big" girl.
I am currently a size 16 and have never had my body fat% measured, but I am sure it's high.. I want to be healthier, fitter and stronger for my little girl and of course myself!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush and the clean food

I am starting over. I have a new job, a new home with a basement I can create a work out space in and a good friend who is willing to make the lifestyle change with me (Ivoryce).
We have implemented clean eating into our daily schedules and though sometimes it is hard... we are somehow...
You should not have to cook two meals. It is ok for kids to eat lean also. It teaches them at an early age how to eat right. It is ok not to give them junk food at every meal.

As a fellow Canadian & BCer I just wanted to drop by and wish you success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program. My wife went from size 12/14 to 4/6 & I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% in just 12-weeks. Believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be.
