I've always been into strength and fitness since an early age, but it wasn't until I was 18 where it really got serious. At that point I became a certified personal trainer and began studying every strength and conditioning too available.
Why I Love It:
Simple. I love the way it makes me feel. There are very few feelings that rival those after an intense workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
No matter how strong, lean, or big you get, there is always someone out there in better condition. That keeps me going. That keeps the drive in me. Trying to become the best possible version of myself also keeps me going strong.
I saw this picture that my wife took on our honeymoon. Always nice when you're not in shape and someone decides to take a candid picture of you. I weighed 215 and my bodyfat was about 19%
I am currently at about 16% bodyfat. I am working to achieve 9% bodyfat because I have never been that low. I am strong and have great conditioning, but the thing that I never spent too much time on was my physique. Now that I am starting my fitness business, it's time to look the way I know I should I know how to do it. Now it's time to finally do it. My deadline is mid May 30th.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

You’ve heard it over and over again: drink water. It’s kind of like flossing, you know you should do it, but most of the time you don’t. Unfortunately for you, unlike flossing, not drinking enough water on could lead to dehydration; and when you’re dehydrated, you risk much more...
Good to hear man. Im also trying to add some size but not around the waist :) Im getting stronger and seeing some great gains. Had a great leg workout last night.
Love the Kettlebell Hill Sprint video. It's a great idea that I'll have to try out sometime...I imagine I'll need to tie a bucket to my backpack for emergency stomach evacuation, though! Thanks for sharing the idea with us.
Hi I read you blog about hill sprinting but what about sprinting on soft ground like sand? In my area is abit desert and I have a hilly sandy area. Also I want to know how I could put in sprinting program into my weight and carido program?
