Supplements are a must with a busy work life!
I find myself putting in 50+ hrs a week almost every week at work.
My key supplements consist of a few things.
Multivitimans - 3 times a day every day
Fish Oil- Triple strength fish oil once a day in the mornings
BCAA's - 30 minutes before and after workouts
Creatine- 5-10g daily to really help build muscle
Protein- I take whey protein daily after workouts and casein protein before bed to help with recovery
For losing fat i tried a fat burning supplement. Cellucor Super HD. I have been taking 2 in the morning with a shake. So far I have been loosing weight like crazy. But a lot of hard work too.

Pictures. Lots and lots of pictures.
I take progress pictures ALL of the time! You may not see results day in and day out. But taking pictures you can definately track it over a period of time. I look back at pictures when i was 210-220 lbs and now im roughly 175-180 and can see a huge difference. I keep myself motivated by looking at pictures of guys who i want to look like. Also its good to have atleast 1 or 2 reliable gym partners to really push you to your limits. Without them i wouldnt be able to get out of my comfort zone without a spotter on heavy lifts etc.
