hey sorry for not getting back to you in so long, its just that im at uni now so im always busy. Training isnt too good; i've had to drop down to a 3 day split because of my limited time but i am going to start having a 4 day split on the weeks i dont have an american football match. Hows everything going for you?

Yeah man been rocking steady on the diet and the training. Going up in weight in every lift, every week, every day! Killer chest weight your pushing, good stuff mate! Keep training hard!!!

Cheers for the encouragement. Trainings good, concentrating on squats and deads as i have neglected them and my lower body reflects it.

Hey hows training been? Man I have been really busy with work and other things but I have managed to grind out the workouts everyday. Leaves me feeling great at the end of the day. The sprints have been getting easier as I think I'm in better shape even though its been scorching hot outside here in south texas! I also started taking glucosamine to fight against the wear I put on my body and I think it has helped.
