Started out at just over 100kg without an ounce of muscle on my body. Started workout with weights 3 days a week for a bout an hour each session. Focused mainly using the big movements (Squats, Rows, and Presses). On non-weight days I would do at least an hour of cardio, usually in the form of a spin class.
These days, now over 20kg lighter and with the beginings of a muscular figure, I subscribe to the H.I.T. methods of the late Mike Mentzer. Working out every 4-5 days for no longer than 20 minutes a session. And it is working extremely well for me thus far.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a picture of my former self on my mirror to remind me how far I've come already
