I got started before freshman year of highschool, to get in shape to try out for the varsity soccer team. It wasn't much, but it was a start.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, for the sense of accomplishment in what i achieve.

Bulked up to 185lbs then cut down a bit. Mirror lied to me though, and made me think i was in better shape till i took this picture.
First day of trying to add some more lean muscle mass.

Goal (Long):
Gain 10lbs while staying below 9% at the least. I've put on weight quick, but always with too much fat. I have more patients for putting on clean weight slowly, then cutting off fat and trying to retain muscle. Just wait and see! I'll be a natural monster with due time!

Haven't been since friday, and not it doesn't help that i have a sinus infection. I can't wait to finish school so i can get into serious shape. Im only glad i haven't put on fat this fall like last year. Still around 8% i think, to lazy to check. Funny how that works, to lazy to check my bf%...
