How I Started:
Lifted weight in my teens then that all stopped when I started drinking a shitload of beer every weekend so now that I'm a little bit older and wiser I want to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
Love the rush from lifting more weight
Love the sound the iron makes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remind myself that the hard work will pay off in the end. Imagine the end result and focus on that.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
This is what I would eat on a typical day.
I eat 3 eggs, 2 tins of tuna and a tin of sardines a day and drink about 2 pints of skimmed milk a day too.
On top of this I also have 3 protein shakes a day, one at breakfast, one after my workout and one before I go to bed. This gives me over 170g of protein through out the day.
I eat a bowl of muesli with skimmed milk for breakfast
2hrs later I'll have either scrambled eggs and lean ham on toast(brown bread) or a ham and cheese omelette.
For lunch I'll eat something like a tuna/chicken salad
2hrs later I'll have sardines on toast or a tin of sardines followed by some fruit.
I'll eat tuna and pasta with sauce or baked potato and tuna for dinner.
2hrs later I'll have a glass of skimmed milk/ cup of tea with 3 or 4 digestive biscuits.
For supper I'll have some toast(brown bread) or a yogurt, something light but filling. This is what I would eat on a typical day.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
none at the moment just eat a deccent meal of protein n carb an hour or so before I go to the gym and use sports drinks while working out.
So I thoght I'd try something new today, I decided to do a Khai Bo class at my gym. WOW! It was a hell of a lot harder then it looks, I was one of only two guys in the class of 20 women and I was really struggling to keep in sync with everyone else on the harder moves but hey it was only my...
