Workout Program:
4 day training and 1 day off

Example
Day 1- Chest and Triceps
Day 2- Back and Biceps
Day 3- Traps And Deltoids
Day 4- Legs and Forearms.
Day 5- OFF

*Work In Abs any day and train every other day.

*Type of Sets; Pyramid Sets, Drop Sets and Straight Sets (Depending on the exercises)

*No of Sets; Usually 3 Sets per exercise.

Repeat Cycle.

This scheduling which Im currently using works for me as I live on a school campus and can train anyday of the week quite easily. This may not work for some people as the days off will be different each week.

Reason for having two bodypart training split for me is that I feel It is far more beneficial to gaining mass faster. By training two bodyparts a week I am able to train two bodyparts twice a week but at the same time give them enough time to rest. On top of this mixes of chest and triceps for example is great as doing certain chest exercises utilizes the triceps which can then be trained to failure.
