How I Started:
In Jan 05 I started going to the gym quite frequently but never developed a huge interest... Finally in Jan 07 I decided to continue and with lots of gains seen I was hooked! Now im constantly just learning more and more about the sport and realise that BB is not just about lifting weights! Its far more complicated then that!
Why I Love It:
I love it because of the satisfaction you feel of all the hard work and effort youve put in...
How I Stay Motivated:
I look to my friends who have been bodybuilding much longer then me which helps me keep going, plus people making comments helps alot too!
BB Accomplishments:
So far ive yet to have an accomplishment as I dont compete and before this have not set out goals! But hopefully with hard work and consistency ill be able to achieve the current goals ive set out to do.

By the end of my goal date: Looking to be able to Bench Press 100 KG, Increase significant muscle on my delts, Increase Size of my Upper legs, And more definition on my Abs.
