Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): To keep my muscle and get defined but to get more muscle afterward i live at home and go to school at the moment so i dont have much control what comes to the house in terms of diet but still try
Goal (Long): ive just roughly been staying the same while getting some strength since i hit some sort of plateau at the age of 17 i just want to get stronger plus rugby season is coming up and ive never done it before.

Stick to training a given bodypart except for abs once per week. Typically people training them twice per week are on the sauce.
