FreshWerk Sup brother, good to hear, just keep focus and your motivation high and you'll get those gains your looking for. I've never competed, so im not sure where im gonna compete with what weight. Right now - i fluctuate from 205lbs-215lbs I hit the gym x6 days a week only working one muscle group per day. I really want to emphasize those days to exhaust each group. -tae Jan 23, 2013 1:36pm

Dreamy71 yeah me too finding it hard to give swollen but i tried this gave me a rlly good pump..db shrugs + holding a plate and doing upright rows with it...so like set 1 db shrugs 20 reps no rest do the plate upright rows rest 20 seconds repeat 3 sets .. then i did barbell free weight front of my neck and behind 20 reps ,3 sets .. so front neck 20 reps then behind ..rest 20 seconds n then repeat give it a try :P Jan 21, 2013 7:19am

Dreamy71 love traps ! doing upright rows and db shrugs , barbell shrugs front and behind .... well yeah stiill am but no biggie difference yet...just a lil bit not gaing any fat * thank god im a hard gainer xD therefore i can gain more lean muscle :P Jan 18, 2013 2:57pm
