How I Started:
I always did a bit, but in 2005 I just got tired of yo-yo exercise and committed myself to doing the shit as regularly as we all do our dumbass jobs and laundry.
Why I Love It:
It's something that includes extremes without being bad for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
The dichotomy between atrophy and hypertrophy. If you're not growing, you're decaying. Get busy living, or get busy dying.
BB Accomplishments:
I added probably 2-3" to my arms in 1.5yr, added about 20lbs of muscle and 5 of fat.
