I have always worked out inconsistently to look better. Over the years I have gotten more and more into the sport and this has inspired me to become more serious.
Why I Love It:
When I am in the gym there is nothing to think about but the weight and I. It is complete freedom from the outside world in there.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading the magazines, watching videos.

I want to have the best body that I can. Muscular and lean.
Goal (Long):
I went to my first bodybuilding show 5/9/09. I was inspired to compete. I am going to take some time to get a bit leaner and then add on some muscle. We will see how that goes. I am thinking of doing a competition in 2011. I will have too much going on in 2010 and school will end at the beginning of 2011 and give me more time for me.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
