Why I Love It:
A great way to improve for tennis, stay healthy, and look good. Plus, when I see the weight on the scale go up, and still manage to see my abs, it feels great. I've failed so many times, that everytime I get it right, it feels great. Last time, i went overboard and gained a little too much fat. Now i've cut back a little, but may need to bump it up just a bit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just being sick of being skinny and wanting to get better at tennis and sports overall and being big. Seriously started around mid-June, no turning back now.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, its just been changing into a better lifestyle. I'm a tennis player, but who knows, I may do some competitions when my body is where I want it to be.
Also, I had surgery on my right ring finger for a tendon tear. I thought everything went down the drain. I never thought it would be better. But now i've come back, stronger than ever.

Protein supplement= staple supplement
creatine= i don't use it, but it's still good for many
NO products= Useless to most ppl, usually loaded with caffeine

Goal (Long):
I'm tired of being the skinny guy that can't do much when a bigger guy pushes him and the one that feels so small at the gym. When I tell people that I'm going to work out, they laugh and say, your not big, why are you working out? It annoys me because the fact that i'm small is the reason I want to work out. I want to be able to take off my shirt with pride. Plus the female attention is great.

Haha. Whether you do crunches or hanging leg raises your abs contract as a single muscle. It makes no difference as proven by the fact i was only doing hanging leg raises for a whole year before that photo.
