starting seriously now as i was 93kg at my peek of mainly fat no muscle definition, wish i had taken pics but was did not want to see pics of myself like that.
been for 4 years after a new gym opened near my house. i went during the summer months regularly, but then stopped when at university for the rest of the year.
i am now trying to get back into serious training to change my body image for the better.
Why I Love It:
to look and feel better
like seeing gains in muscle definition however small and loses in fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing others who have reached their goals, and also knowing what i looked like before makes me want to reach my goals.
to lose fat and build an overall muscular physique
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would watch gladiators on tv and wish i was like them. I don't want to settle for being average anymore. want to have a six pack for once in my life and feel confident around women. I want bulging arms and nice shoulders to fill a t-shirt. i dont have an ideal weight but would like to see improvements in my body shape and at least for my body fat percentage to be dropping. once my abs show will be happy. given myself 6 months to get a glimpse of them.
Hi thanks for the great comment! Tips... hmmm, always be prepared, make sure you have no excuses not to eat right or to work out. I find it so much easier having my food ready prepared and ready to go, so I can just grab a pot from the fridge and eat after a workout or whatever...
