Goal (Long):
I always wanted to do a bodybuilding competition, but I never knew the right supplements, diet or training method to take to acheive this goal. As for now I am still recovering from a ACL repair to my right knee I finished my physical therapy for my leg now I am working on catching up my lower body to my upper body. As for competing I would gladly appreciate any advice or training tips or even a workout partner I have a membership with Gold's and Bally's.
