How I Stay Motivated:
By making slow but real gains in strength or body measurements
I like instinct training i.e adapt to the moods and physical feelings of the training day. But I have a base line of three typical workouts which looks like :
First typical session : just legs - short workout
- Leg press 45°
- Leg extensions
- Leg curls
