How I Started:
I got a new gym membership in August 2009, in need of a body transformation. I have found an awesome personal trainer to help me get in shape and am now on here trying to keep myself accountable to take it to the next level! My ultimate goal is to get visible abs.
I have been a tad relaxed with my diet over the last month, but have kept up with the weight training, which I think shows. Definitely time to cut back some of the fat now.

Goal (Long):
I have just not been able to shake the excess fat that I gained during my late teens, but am determined to make it happen by March 2010, and have the body I've always wanted in time for the Australasian summer!
I have joined a local gym and am doing 45min of hard cardio four times a week, and strength training and a circuit workout with a personal trainer on the other two.
The ultimate goal is to have visible stomach muscles and an overall toned and athletic look!

Keeping the carbs in check has to be the number one way to reduce belly fat - or so I've found anyway. Keep training hard and eating right and those abs will pop out! U are looking SO good yourself :0) take care and good luck with everything..E noho ra my friend x
