Rocky beginnings and new goals

So I started working out today after a break due to university shit getting on top of me. Had quite a tame first day of it really, did the following exercises:

Squat 3x12
Dumbbell "floor" press 3x12
Bent over row 3x12
Standing shoulder press 3x10
Plank hold 45secs

Now, turns out I can't actually afford to join a local gym, seeing as all my local ones have put their prices up MASSIVELY, so I just did this at home in my room with a set of dumbbells I brought back from home (22.5lbs for everything except the shoulder press, which I lowered to

OK, here goes... This is my first ever bodyblog so I'll try to keep it brief as and to the point as possible (and will probably fail, haha)!


So first, a little info about me:



Age: 22


Height: 6'2"


Weight: 166lbs


Body fat: 14.7%
