Posted in Working Out : Apr 27, 2011 6:51pmSo I started working out today after a break due to university shit getting on top of me. Had quite a tame first day of it really, did the following exercises:
Squat 3x12
Dumbbell "floor" press 3x12
Bent over row 3x12
Standing shoulder press 3x10
Plank hold 45secs
Now, turns out I can't actually afford to join a local gym, seeing as all my local ones have put their prices up MASSIVELY, so I just did this at home in my room with a set of dumbbells I brought back from home (22.5lbs for everything except the shoulder press, which I lowered to
