Workout Program:
I currently do a program I designed myself focusing with the theme of "300"

My goal is to be 300 or less by the end of the year. I've used the movie as inspiration.

I don't know what program you are using but I wanted to mention that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It is a 12 week body transformation program that is fairly easy to follow. I don't know if you had heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goals. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell Believe and Achieve
