Here is the absolute apex of my bulk. From here I wanted to lose bodyfat and continue to put on lean mass. I don't want to lose weight, but I want to lose bodyfat. It'll be a slow and tedious process, but I am not willing to sacrifice my hard earned muscle for some lumps on my stomach (abs)!

I was in CHicago at the AAWPC World Championships in August. It will be next year before I get back. I will be there to defend my World Championship again it will be a 3peat for the AAWPC Title.

hasnt been too bad, went bush and seen heaps of my old school friends... kinda felt like the odd one out coz im not pregnant or married... they were all talking about babies and weddings and stuff :( but i got to see my family which was great. how was your weekend, party it up?
oh i dont think ill ever get that good! im too wrapped up in my study and work... and i love carbs too much. at the moment im just looking to gain muscle and live healthy. what about yourself? are you going to be gracing a stage anytime soon?
That's cool, thanks for letting me know about the place. I'll remember it if I've got something I need, since its looking like I might be sticking around the area for a little while more if I get hired for a job I just interviewed for. Otherwise I'll be moving away next week.
Hey Kevin! ACTUALLY it is NOT impossible at all. I know... I've done it within the past 8 wks. Ok, small #s,but I DID it. A loss of 1.2 lbs. of fat, 1.2 lbs Gain of muscle, and increased strength! [net change in weight --> 0] So, You TOO can "prove them wrong" {lol}. Best Wishes on ur goals!
