guest What would you recommend following your 8 week workout. I've been doing it and seem to like it so far. I didn't need to lean out before as I don't bulk up, and need another 8 week workout to follow. Any recommendations? Jun 1, 2010 8:50pm

guest I can't find anywhere on the internet exactly what "Power Lateral Flyes" are. When I click on it it gives me Lateral Raise...can you explain what it is? I am in my 4th week of your workout by the way and loving every bit of it. Sep 17, 2007 11:37am
