It was something to do in high school during off-season for sports. Got addicted immediately.

How I Stay Motivated:
By reminding myself that I have a gorgeous girl back home waiting for me, and by checking the progress of others on here and hoping that I'm not falling behind.

So far, I'd say the progress I've made to my body is accomplishment enough.

Gettin back on track despite countless distractions. Need to get my head in the game and get back to lifting.
Goal (Long):
My job is a pain in my ass, but I shouldn't use it as an excuse to miss out on work anymore. My overall goal is to gain weight, and solid muscle weight at that. However, I'm currently on a 3 a day workout regimen, with 2 of those workouts inluding distance runs, which I realize are only going to slow me down on gains. I've got to increase the calorie intake, especially in high-protein foods to counteract all the running my job and my girlfriend have me doing!
Just celebrated the 24th two days ago, and it made me realize that age is beginning to catch up to me, so what better time than now to get myself in shape for the years to come?
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

...did not go as planned. Cardio was weak, at best. I think I got on the treadmill twice, the stair-step machine once in the past 3 weeks. My diet *improved,* although it had its weak moments. Overall, I lost 6 pounds. I blame my insane metabolism..I probably shouldn't have lost...

hey bro how are ya? whats up in gym and life these days? I have a question...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking .. do you think that will get me ripped and closer to my 6 pack ?
