Started with Zumba and hip hop abs. Was in the Navy as a medic, and used to run, amongst other intense exercises. Decided running was a cheap and rewarding exercise and I can take my bullies with me on a run.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results that heavy lifting is having on my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am lucky that my husband (Bad.Bullz) eats clean and is on here too, albiet for different goals. Our kids complain there is nothing "good to eat" in the house, so we must be doing something right!
BB Accomplishments:
I have gotten off my BP meds of 8 yrs and lowered my Triglycerides to normal levels thru hard work, diet and Omega threes. I refused to be put on any more meds and wanted to get off the ones I was on.

That's cool. HOORAH!! My son is in the cryptologic program. He just finished C- school. in Fl. he will be stationed in Norfolk Va. the end of Nov. How long has your son been in? Where is he at?
Donna, you rock! Showing the world you don't have to be 20 something to get in shape, former fellow military (used to work at Port Hueneme myself), and you can put up with the cries of nothing good to eat in the house! Most important you are proof that exercise and a good diet can make a dramatic change in your overall health! Believe your good example will be much appreciated by your kids further down the road!
