Natural progression of my weight loss journey. Lost 70lbs and now its time to focus on getting solid while I continue to lose the rest of the fat.
Why I Love It:
Don't yet. I'm starting to stregth train because I have to in order to get the results I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
By shopping...the smaller the size/better I look the more motivated I am in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Being bold enuf to post 'before' pix of myself in my bra and panties. NO GUTS-NO GLORY...it's me, no hiding.

I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! What it DO...How was your wk Miss Thang? My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat. Dat jus means I will be posting wk 4's new progress pix sometime in da a.m. so stop by over the wknd & check them out! Ur SUPPORT means a lot 2 me!

I'm a huge fan of Cross Movement! I LOVE hip-hop and most of it now days is well, crap (putting it nicely). Plus I have a little one who loves hip-hop almost as much as me and he needs positive stuff to listen to! Keep workin hard . . .we'll help each other out!
