Why I Love It:
this is a whole new life for me,never dieted, never workout,never had to,being 50 changed this,so before its too late i wanted to be the the woman, mom,wife, i know i can be,and in two words,it's great, now i feel so much better,from inside out,i like me again,and its only going to get better,
How I Stay Motivated:
i have a son who does the most out of nothing,been where most dont want to be, and braves the ugliest of conditions, so if i get tired or hurt i think of him,so i keep on moving on.
my second are my two grandkids,why not want to run crazy forever with them.
BB Accomplishments:
after 4 shoulder surgeries,(both bicep detachments) i am in therapy,and the early stages of lifting, running,and there"s a lot of pain but my accomplishment are slow and few but the want is here and progress will grow,remember rage is my son..no pressure.

Goal (Long):
thru my years of hard laboring jobs,15 yrs meat plant,10 yrs bakery,unloading and loading trucks,i thought i had enough cardio, weight lifting etc to last me a life time,well when you dont use your muscles correctly one gets hurt and hurt i did. now in therapy and re-learning the process of lifting, i wanted my other self back, the strong the fast,the one who was indestructible,with couple of e-mails to rage and some to izzy, and i have started,am hooked and loving it, to regain strength,loose the extra pds,eat healthier,
so when michael does come home from leave this time he wont have to spend time alone in gym ,and i wont still be missing him,there always room for another runner,another person in gym,another climber,with this in mind i will achieve my goals and be a better, happier me
How are you Debra? Things working out ok with the training? Wasn't that something what Michael did for that small boy?! I put him in the HERO category!

Now you got me laughing so hard I'd probably choke if I tried to eat the chocolate. Thanks! I'll be good. My trainer just recommended I rest for a couple of days. If I feel good Sat. morning I'm allowed to do the 2 mile Walk for Life with my daughter. But ONLY if it feels really good. So I need to be super good with the eating to try to keep the weight steady till I start cardio again. Can do weights tomorrow and abs, just no engaging the legs.
Okay my mind is kind of all over the place and it keeps thinking ...... chocolate. How I'd love a choc. bar to go with my movie. BUT, if the weight doesn't move or goes up tomorrow, I will at least know that I ate good and didn't give into the chocolate. NO CHOCOLATE!!! Been 32 days since my last chocolate..... don't know how many more I can hold on. =0
Well DR. Rage said to rest. And after the way my leg felt coming up the steps - I'm with him on that one 100%. Everyone has left the house and it's totally quiet. (for the next 4 hours anyway) Might even rent a video and just take a total physical and mental break! LOVE ITTTTTTT! TTYL.
LOL. Yeah that's right - you do know an awesome medic - don't you? I think both our legs will be screaming to run today. On one hand I want to rest and get things done here, on the other I want to do a serious workout and get this body moving. I'm sure I won't run today though, just too sore. Well enjoy your day.
Good morning Mama Rage! My leg is really flaring up. Not sure I can run today. Really want my cardio though so I might ride bike and row. I'm not sure what to do with this leg. I hope it passes so I don't have trouble doing my 5k. Well, have a great day.

Taking my daughter for orientation to a technical school for high school next year..... culinary. Oh good, she can learn to cook and bake for her mama! =) Will be walking a bit but not too bad. TTYL.
Exercise and good eating...... that's a double high 5!~ Yeah, other people always keep me motivated too. I love when a friend stays beside me and keeps me company cause it can get boring at times.
