I'm LOVEING it!! I just got INSANITY as well and will be starting that along with my P90X in August :) It's a 60-day program so my plan is to finish my last 60-days of P90X with Insanity :)

I've just completed my first week and I feel wonderful!! I've lost 2lbs so far ;) hehe... more to come off!

Yes and that makes sense if you were 100% Raw ;)
My 4th was a lot of fun! Managed to still eat great while hanging out with family, always a score ;)

I was told that when fruit is eaten at night (before bedtime) it sits and ferments?? not true? i'm still doing my research. P90X is an at home training plan. Very intense and incredible!!

I have spent a few months 100% Raw. Have been Vegan for a year now but am adding egg-whites, whey and little fish to my diet. I haven't been focusing on living a Raw lifestyle since starting the P90X program... I just don't know how the two go hand in hand. I eat as much Raw between meals though... and not in the evenings (as i don't want any fermentation going on ;))

Hi Rawlife! Question, are you living a high Raw-100% Raw lifestyle while maintaining muscle mass? I'm a High-Raw/Vegan and am needing some advice. Is it possible to gain muscle with such a lifestyle? Thank you!
