I've always been into staying fit. My mother got me a gym membership at the age of 14. I was very active... rollerbladed, danced and lived to better my body. I taught Kickbox Aerobics at LA Fitness, Hip Hop Aerobics at an all womens gym and am now a Beachbody Coach where I motivated, excite and keep people on their weight loss goals. I have two kids and want to be in better shape!! As a Beachbody Coach, I'm always trying out the newest and latest workout programs... but am now wanting to take everything to an all new level! I want to COMPETE!!!! I am working with a personal trainer to get me ready for the NPC Figure Competition in March 2010. I am so excited about this new journey and want to share every bit of it with all of you!!!
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it gives me a sense of accomplishment, which is automatic satisfication. I feel like a winner right after intense training. I want to show my girls that working out is important to our health, not only does staying fit keep us looking great... but it keeps us living longer and happier!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at my daily progress. I see where I was and far I have come. As a Fitness Coach, I stay motivated by seeing others succeed.
My goal is to be Lean, Fit and in the best shape of my life!
Goal (Long):
I've always been very active and have always looked good... up until I got pregnant and couldn't get the belly bulge to go away. Now it is my turn to shine again look my very best. I want to be a great example for my girls and a FABULOUS leader to the one's I Coach.
My workout program consists of 2 days a week weight training with my trainer and 6 days of 20 minute max interval cardio workouts.
December 19th kicks off my last 12 weeks before my Show!
Then I will be weight training 4 days a week!! I'm so thrilled for this challenge!!

Good to hear! My training is going great as well! I came off of a week long rest period and started my 12 week program again, my workout volumes have gone up and I'm noticing strength increases as well! Are you still doing P90X or have you changed it up?
