I've always been into staying fit. I went from doing Tae Bo Videos when I was 14/15 years old, to teaching Kickbox Aerobics at LA Fitness, to Teaching hip hop Aerobics at an all womens gym to having two kids and gaining a "pudge." Lol. So my I'm back in the game with P90X and am committed to BRINGING IT!
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it gives me a sense of accomplishment, which is automatic satisfication. I feel like a winner right after intense training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at my daily progress. I see where I was and far I have come. As a Fitness Coach, I stay motivated by seeing others succeed.
BB Accomplishments:
As far as "bodybuilding" accomplishments, I would say none yet. Check back with me in Ocotber 2009 :)
My goal is to be Lean, Fit and in the best shape of my life!
Goal (Long):
I've always been very active and have always looked good... up until I got pregnant and couldn't get the belly bulge to go away. Now it is my turn to shine again look my very best. I want to be a great example for my girls and a FABULOUS leader to the one's I Coach.
July 1st 2009 was the kick-off date for my P90X 90-day challenge. The program consists of 12 different workouts. It is intense, and it is proven to sculpt the body.
Program includes:
Core Synergistics
Cardio X
Sholders & Arms
Ab Ripper X
Yoga X
Legs & Back
Kenpo...
Good to hear! My training is going great as well! I came off of a week long rest period and started my 12 week program again, my workout volumes have gone up and I'm noticing strength increases as well! Are you still doing P90X or have you changed it up?
That's excellent, congrats! You already look great, so I'm sure those progress pictures will turn out to be awesome when you get around to taking them!
I just broke my camera, so my next progress pictures should show some serious progress, and if not, I'm doing something very wrong! lol
I actually spent the whole day travelling. It's been so long since I've lived in the States now that I forgot it was the 4th of July and booked my trip back on that day. Now I'm here in?
I can see how that might happen if you were eating cooked and food was sitting in your stomach for hours, but it shouldn't be a problem on raw. Your body slows down while it sleeps but it doesn't shut down. A few pieces of fruit shouldn't just sit there all night. I'll check out p90x, did you have a nice 4th?
