6oz oven-baked chicken breast, 1 cup ground beef, 1/2 cup rice

1 cup ground beef & 1/2 cup rice

"Normal" dinner (Protein source that varies with green vegetable)

Carnivore Beef Protein Isolate shakes (using water)

Average Protein intake: 285 - 306 grams

Abs and Back

Need to find a better way of hitting the middle to upper back.  A "rowboat" type of movement seems to do a good job, but I suspect that will also over-work my chest.  I might just do it any way.  As for abs, I'll keep using the weighted dumbbell crunches with low reps with a larger number of sets.
