After 1st year of college, decided to start eating healthy and to get into the best shape of my life. As a three sport varsity athlete of soccer, baseball and basketball in high school, I had no worries about my weight, I was in good shape but never cared what I ate or focused much on weight training or conditioning. Achieved most all of my athletic build in high school through sports practice and natural build.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the limit and always taking myself to levels that i would never even imagine.
I love the self discipline and hard work that comes along with working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking about all the progress i made of dropping 25lbs in 3 months, and 12% body fat in 8 months.
Compliments from people constantly also helps me stay motivated too.
BB Accomplishments:
Cutting body fat and dropping 30lbs without losing any pound for pound muscle. At 187lbs of June 2006 i benched 265 for one rep which means 1.42 for pound for pound strength, now weighing 155 and benching 225 twice, my pound for pound stregnth for bench is a little bit over 1.5. So in losing weight I actually did not lose strength pound for pound, but in fact gained stregnth.
