Hello, I did a run with one bottle a few months ago and managed to get myself down from 280 lbs to 260 lbs. I am also competing in the OBF (online bodybuilding federation) http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=114713881 So far I have had steady weight loss again. You will have awesome results as long as your dieting and training is in check.
