When I Started: 1995
How I Started: I have always stayed active, after my last son was born I decided to get serious. I loved it so much I became a Trainer and Aerobic Instructor.
Why I Love It: The changes I can make, body and mind.
How I Stay Motivated: Its just not an option, whether I feel like it or not, it's a major part of my life. My kids are great motivation for me. I want them to be healthy!!!!!
