Worked out with friends for years, it's always been a part of me. When I was 20 I weighed 175lbs and was extremely dedicated to weightlifting and then I fell into the wrong croud and lost track of where I was going and wanted to be. I've been taking some form of Martial Arts since I was 7 years old but lapsed from that scene shortly after my fallout with bodybuilding but 4 years ago I got back into it when I joined Dynamic Martial Arts here in Calgary and started to train BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing. So needless to say but I'm Glad I got my head out of my ass and got back on track.
Why I Love It:
I love the after work out feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
always look at my goals, upcoming fights keep me motivated for the cardio end of things. Gassing out is never an option!

Well I was planning on dropping some bodyfat here in the next couple of weeks just to see how things are really progressing but yesterday I was challenged by a girl I work with that has done some shows in the past. She was saying that she would like to compete again either this year or next...
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I am about a year away from being ready to do any shows. I want to, but I know that proper building takes time!:-D! Thanks again though!

hey bro, I am doing a water cut this week to look really lean on saturday for a shoot. Sunday I will begin my 16 week all out bulk..I cannot wait.
