I got frustrated with the way I looked in the mirror. At 276 lbs being only 5 foot 9 is just disgusting.
Why I Love It:
I am not afraid to take my shirt off anymore. I look good naked!

Not doing it properly. Even if it means using less weight do it properly.

Nice, ya got me beat on the run. My last practice run was around 11:36. I think my one rep max for bench was around the 205 mark last time I hit the gym (I'll have to refer to my notebook). My curl one-rep was about 117. I've been working a lot on mids so my food consumption hasn't been the greatest and my gym time is getting shorter as we get closer to the ORE's here but I'm still tryin' to get some bulk back on...lol
