I workout 6 days a week. Around 20-24 sets per body part. Mostly 4 sets of 8 reps per exercise. Forced reps on the last set of each exercise.
Day 1 - Triceps & Abs
Day 2 - Chest & Calves
Day 3 - Biceps & Abs
Day 4 - Back & Calves
Day 5 - Shoulders & Abs
Day 6 - Legs & Calves
Day 7 - Neck & forearms
Working one major body part per day seems to work best for me. |
