Just returned from 15 months in Iraq. Now back in Hawaii after a few weeks in Venice Beach California training at Gold's Gym there. Started late at age 20 when I weighed only 120 lbs at 6 feet tall with 10 inch biceps! I was so-o-o-o-o skinny and got tired of being bullied. I found Powerlifting which soon bulked me up, and then switched to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I am into health and fitness and bodybuilding fits right in with my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very disciplined person and I hate to miss a workout. Looking in the mirror once in a while keeps me disciplined.
Tip: If you are overweight, grab the loose fat around your stomach with both your hands before deciding what to eat. It sharpens the mind to make the right decision!
BB Accomplishments:
I have more achievements in Powerlifting with 500 lb squat, 350 lb bench and 600 Deadlift @ 198 lbs. British Collegiate Powerlifting Champion @ 198 lbs.
