I wanted to get a bit leaner and add some muscle definition.
Why I Love It:
I love leading a healthy lifestyle. My body is my shrine, nobody has control over that but me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my 61 year old father and realize if he's still keepin' at it I should be able to as well. He's my hero :)

Goal (Overall):
I want to lose some body fat and add to my muscle definition.
Goal (Long):
I spent alot of my life battling an eating disorder. I was very, very skinny...just not healthy at all. I've gained about 20 pounds over the past 5 years. This is an achievement in itself. I want to add some more muscle definition to my overall body. Shed some body fat and look killer in my new BIKINI!! :) At some point in 2009 I will be pregnant. So I want to make sure my body is primed beforehand. It just makes it that much easier to shed the extra weight when you're already in shape. In the end i just want to be as healthy as I can be. Tight a** and killer abs are a bonus! ;)
