Pretty much had a desire to workout and stay active since I was in Jr. High. Kinda got started on my own.

I am not a bodybuilder but I have been an athlete all my life. I ran track through college and qualified for NCAA Nationals multiple times. I currently train for cycling events.

Country is working towards helping the victims of the earthquake that strike the country last Thursday.
I'm doing fine, I hurt my ankle last Tuesday in a Karate - Kumite training; someone try to sweep me and instead kick me in the achilles, I might go lifting tomorrow.

Thank you for your kind words in my BBing Blog, I think that challenges are the ones that test our character and that we should leave the places we go better than how we found them. 2008 was a hard year for me, my knee stop me from competing all year long, and assault and other events, how I raise above them is the key to make me want new challenges for 2009
basically got off my diet...got married...had a short honeymoon
took a week off from the gym..ate alot of food...etc
im sure some is water weight, bc im back on the diet, but its higher calorie than before, so im drinking more water too
