How I Started:
Pretty much had a desire to workout and stay active since I was in Jr. High. Kinda got started on my own.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the results. I like the way it makes me feel with the since of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines, checking out bodybuilding.com. Seeing other people and how they are out of shape and not wanting to end up like them.

I did my P90X workout today which included leg and back exercises. It was a pretty demanding workout like the other P90X routines. I'm just hoping I can stay committed and motivated to continue. I know once I start seeing the results it will be the motivation I need. My legs and hip flexors are...

basically got off my diet...got married...had a short honeymoon
took a week off from the gym..ate alot of food...etc
im sure some is water weight, bc im back on the diet, but its higher calorie than before, so im drinking more water too
