Just can't bulk, at this point in time I need to be lean as much as possible, years end has the international race (10km, 22km, and 42km run) and two more tournaments, I want to be at least in one more, so I'm hitting the weights but to keep some muscle in place after that maybe I will bulk. Looking strong man, keep clean bulking yourself!
