Damn big man you are HUGE. WOW what frikkin body, huge muscle mass and ripped to shreds, I want to be JUST LIKE YOU man. Thanks for inspiring me to hit the gym harder and watch what I eat. Frikkin SWOLE! Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. I want to be just like you. Clearly you are well on your way to achieving all your personal physique objectives, there were more cool, big guys like you at my gym where I work out but sometimes not all big men are nice men.
it's going great haha. i'm going to have to take some pics soon and get them up here. this summer i lifted a lot because of football. i've slowed down though because now i'm actually playing and it's hard to get it in with school and practice but, i'm hoping that i can get something going in my free time. talk to you later.
hey i've been pretty good. i haven't been taking any pics because i was in wrestling and track now and that messed me up with lifting a lot. track ends very soon now and i'll be lifting again and having an intact diet, taking supps. again, and the whole works.
Hey dude, well...I'm not really bulking...I keep my diet pretty clean, but eat lots of lean beef and chicken..keeping the diet high protein, moderate carb, low fat. It's all about being cosistent with training and diet and eating clean every 2 hours staying away from fast food, fried foods, sodas, sugary juices, and no alcohol!! Lifting heavy keeping the sets at 4 and the reps between 10-12 for pretty much every routine. Check out my blogs when you get a chance bro.
