This is me at 145 lbs before I lost some weight. I was on the right track for awhile and then stopped. So after going from 145 to 125 I gained back a few pounds to my current weight of 132. I felt awful knowing I gained some weight after losing the amount I did.
This is me now at 132, while I am not overweight, I am also not toned and would like to lose body fat and tone up.
This pic is after I lost 25 lbs and then gained about 8 lbs back!
I want to lose 8-10 lbs, lose some body fat and tone up all over!
Goal (Long):
While I am not overweight by any means, I am not toned and fit. I want to get toned all over while losing 8-10 lbs and possibly compete in a fitness competition and become a fitness model. I do not wan to bulk up and gain alot of muscle, I just want to be toned and fit.
I have been so skinny all my life and always wanted to gain weight, then after having 3 kids and hitting my early 30's I gained more than I wanted.Since last year I went from 145 and a size 9 to 125 a size 5, I was so happy and just needed to tone up, then I stopped working out and gained 8 lbs during the year and now I am at 132 lbs. I want to get back on track and finally have the fit and toned body I always wanted!
