This was taken 1 month after I started taking it seriously.
This was taken after the 5th week of a program that seems to be working very well for me. It seems it has the diet and cardio figured out. Now I just have to stick with it until I get to where I want.
My goal is 210 lbs. at 7.5% fat. While being able to run 2 miles in under 17 minutes.
Goal (Long):
I've acheived the last two parts of my goal at an earlier point in my life (weighing 177). So I know it's personally acheiveable. However, doing it while weighing 220 is the part that's going to make it fun. It's a long-term goal (Dec. 10th, 2009) and by making small goals (2-6 weeks) that lead in this direction, I will be able to achieve it. I plan on stripping the fat first. Within 3 percent of the final goal. Then by carefully adding muscle I will be able to reach this goal. I want to acheive this because I know a few men very close to this and think they're extraordinary. It's a great balance of speed, power, condition and aesthetics. And who doesn't want that?
I was on track and doing well until a recent knee injury. I'm nursing it back. Back to 10 minutes of cardio daily. But hey, I've been here before. It's still giving me some issues but it just takes time. Should be within shooting range of my goal by the end date. (December 10th, 2009)
