How I Started:
i have always been good at sports and had very low body fat but over the summer i decided i wanted to bulk up and gain muscle mass and definition and obtain a body that will be satisfactory to me...so i started with core and floor exersises and kept a journal.my first workout was half an hour and i gradally sarted adding new exersises and higher reps....about 2 months ago i upgraded to free weights and e-z bar along with my floor and cutted the core out completely.i played hockey for my university so i also have cardio workouts and a high level of fitness
Why I Love It:
i love the rush of endorfins,the burn during the workout, the fealing as i gradually start to gain weight and positive reactions when other people see my body
How I Stay Motivated:
i look in the mirror and am not yet satisfied with the body i see

I'm sure you will because when you start young it exercising just stays with you. Training will change with time for most due to demands from work and for many also raising families etc. As for me it's good stretching exercises, LOTS of walking and in the pool whenever I can. The joys of partly inherited problems and of course growing older and a bit lazier I must add. HA. Andre
Welcome. Best of luck getting to those goals because that will be one very impressive physique. My light Cardio programs are fine for me as the problems with knees and back is just something I'll basically have to deal with as the years progress. But with them and being very careful and my excellent Chiro. if and when I need him keeps me going. Andre
