A few years after graduating High School I got reminded how much I loved working out and training for football that eventually I picked the old habits right back up.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself like I'm trying to reach a goal to something.

you need to make sure you think of yourself and your health as a priority. Try fitting in a minimum of 30 minutes. If you cant do that start taking a short walk. Anything to stay active and make sure your eating clean. Your health is important.
