I suffered a 2nd degree Whiplash in a car accident back in 2003, which left me incapable of working out like I used to. After much healing and also gaining some weight, it pushed me to seriously get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a workout, I feel stronger physically and mentally. I recently discovered Magnum Products and I am pleased of the results I am personally experiencing, therefore why not work for them and spread the message.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well hanging with my girl Andrea Dumon keeps me in check big time :D
Looking in the mirror, you can see the changes on a weekly basis. Also, seeing how Fitness Model look like in their mid-30's is quite an inspiration!

15-25 reps x 3
I concentrate on muscle exhaustion as I want a tone figure, not trying to build per se. I am naturally muscular to begin with, therefore I need to lose the fat first then I will tweak my training.15-25 reps x 3

I know what you mean about the whole carbs late in the day thing...The nutrition is the difficult part for me as well...I'm pretty strict during the week, but I SWEAR during the weekend I feel every fast food place calls out my name when I drive by...lol. Anyways girl nobody said it was gonna be easy huh? Hang in there though sweetie..you'll be alright!!
I'm doing good. So you really like food? (smile) I totally understand. I've been trying to do the same thing with my carb intake. It seem all the good foods are loaded with carbs. You're looking great! I know you will win the battle against the carbs after 4pm. Be strong! (smile) Ricky
