Cardio- 30-60 minutes; usually comprising high-intensity intervals on the treadmill, elliptical, stair-master, and bike.
Another hour spent on weights.

Tues/ Th:
At home workout- video's
Sat- Cardio, resistance band training
Sunday- Pilates day |
