I know women who think being super-skinny is most important. But skinny-fat- as it is called- is not only unhealthy, it can be unattractive. My goal is to lose the weight for good and retrain by muscle groups for an overall fit and toned look. I want to lose about 30 pounds of body fat. I tend to put muscle on very quickly, and sometimes the fat doesn't come off as quickly as the muscle that builds on top of it. So, I want really make my diet count and cut-out the crap! My goal is to succeed and stop the yo-yo diet once and for all.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a workout partner because it's a great way to keep pushing yourself, and once you have a partner who want's to push just as hard- you'll find yourself putting in 110% percent! Cardio- 30-60 minutes; usually comprising high-intensity intervals on the treadmill, elliptical, stair-master, and bike.
Another hour spent on weights.

Hi Maggie :) I'm doing well! My workouts are pretty similar...I do two days of cardio for an hour each time and then I do weights the other three days...been trying to lift pretty heavy though. Well have a fun Thanksgiving...talk to ya soon :)
