I know women who think being super-skinny is most important. But skinny-fat- as it is called- is not only unhealthy, it can be unattractive. My goal is to lose the weight for good and retrain by muscle groups for an overall fit and toned look. I want to lose about 30 pounds of body fat. I tend to put muscle on very quickly, and sometimes the fat doesn't come off as quickly as the muscle that builds on top of it. So, I want really make my diet count and cut-out the crap! My goal is to succeed and stop the yo-yo diet once and for all.

Okay, so, I have been eating clean (except for the Sunday over-indulgences) and yesterday I decided to take my carb intake down, way down. I am a petite and curvy body type and I tend to bulk super-fast. So, I really want to bring body fat down and need to do some diet refining. Weight loss...
Cardio- 30-60 minutes; usually comprising high-intensity intervals on the treadmill, elliptical, stair-master, and bike.
Another hour spent on weights.
I like to take training cues from Oxygen Magazine!
I love the stuff. I can see results when I use it right. I have leaned out using it and it makes my ass hurt. Oh, that was something else sorry...LMAO!! Good luck let me know what you think about it.
I am on Hydroxycut hardcore. I tried the lip6 and head bad headaches from it. This one seems to be working very well. Good luck if you try it let me know how it works for ya. Now GET GOING and workout....LOL!!
OK, I am on these fat burners and they have me going all day.. Man!! I am a workout foul... Don't know if you have ever looked into them.. Now get your ass going girl...LOL!!

I like to do my cardio in the mornings also. No one is awake. I love doing Turbo Jam. I go on the treadmill also. I have been trying to get the kids to bed early so I can work out at night. Yes, I also try to write everything down that I eat. I should look into that fit for life. Sounds cool.

ya, I tried that Atkins for like 5 days one time because my brother told me about it. WOW!! it kicked my ass. I had no energy, but lost 9 pounds. I just wanted to see if it would work and it did. I do not follow all of it, but just watch my carbs now. I have noticed I feel much better when I stay away from them. Talk at you soon. Hang in there. How is everything working for ya?
The only thing that I can find that will work for me is changing what I am eating. Low carb works for me and then I can start to see the wieght start to go down again. Have you ever tried a low carb died?
