Legs

Today legs was an all time best personal record for me. It wasn't necessarily the weight that I was doing but my technique was to the T today. For squat I usually go parrallel anyway but today every rep every set I sat completely down. Bar touching the sides each time. Did the Deadlift went from 500 to 525 today and it was surprising but I know now the training is only going to get tougher. Had to obviously throw in hamstrings and leg presses but I am pleased at today but I know it has to get better.

So first let me tell you about my duty. I had duty one day with a messed up day of work. Now I go on duty and I'm tired as an old lady who just walked up 8 flights of stairs. I go to the gym with my two personal trainers (Sgt & Gunny) and do back. They slayed me and when I went to sleep they checked on me. They tried to wake me up four times and I only woke up on the last one. I was out. They showed everyone in berthing how it looks when you can't handle it which I was the example lol. They said I was "dead". My body barely was moving, my head was buried in the sheets, & I wa...
