I was close to 250lbs and I couldnt do many things that I used to. I started out going to the gym by myself every morning at 5am. It was this small,power lifting unknown gym that no one went to. The owner saw my commitment and taught me some stuff. From there I became addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change and setting new goals and crushing them. I get excited pushing heavier weight than previous weeks.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stayed motivated by working as a personal trainer and helping others. Since leaving that, I have put on weight. Im currently back at the gym and looking to set new goals for myself again.
BB Accomplishments:
Proving everyone wrong by becoming a personal trainer and being healthy.
I would like to be healthy and in control of my health.
Goal (Long):
I not only want to lose this weight but I need to for healths sake. I have a family history of diabetes and lower back problems all related to weight gain. Not only do I wanna lose the weight but I would like to increase all my muscle gains and make my workouts more effective.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
17%

Since getting a new job, my time has been strapped. I was looking thru the new muscle and fitness and have decided to try a new workout. I have less than a year to get to my goal so I need to get a move on. Here is my getting ripped workout. Im not resting more than 30 seconds between each set....

Hey thanks for the post. OOOO yeah you will be feeling that chest workout tomorrow. You did great today way to stick with that giant set I know it hurt. Let me know ur schedule we'll get some more workouts in. Remember to have your co worker email me. Thanks

Hey Maggie, Animal pak is the basic vitamin supplement pak, and then that same company carries other paks you can take with that basic pak depending on your goals. You still have to do a bit of reading and research but it is easier than the alternative! I will check your profile soon. Take Care
