Goal (Overall):
Lose 10kgs (22lbs) of fat before i go overseas in November. Improve for boxing.
Goal (Long):
I lost alot of weight during boxing. Have put on a bit since i had a break. I am hoping to lose a decent amount of weight and be even lighter than when i was boxing without losing too much muscle. Then build up some guns son! I work in security so raising my fitness will also help.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 22 lb
